Kim was the perfect agent to deal with - she was very personable and was very prompt and quick at responding when we had questions. We had a little hurdle going from the seller deciding initially on the deal being a private sale then wanting to go to market then finally ended up with the private sale which all went smooth in the end thanks to Kim.
