I wish there was a way to give a million stars, because Benny deserves all of them. Benny helped my husband and I find our first home, and we only have wonderful things to say about her, and our experience with her. She is the perfect balance of professional and personal, seamlessly flowing between realtor and friend, depending on what we needed in the moment. Benny was so much more than a realtor for us. She gave us wise and helpful advice. She helped us find a mortgage broker with competitive rates when our initial rate hold wasn’t secured. She continued to encourage us and remained hopeful even in a difficult market. And she never pushed us to make an offer beyond what we were comfortable with. She always encouraged us to determine what each listing was worth to us, and if that didn’t match up with the listed price, we knew it wasn’t the right home for us. I truly believe that there isn’t a better, kinder, and more-hard working realtor out there. Benny was willing and excited to give up her evenings, weekends, and even holidays to show us houses so that we could find our home. I often felt like we were her only clients because she made herself so available to us, especially during the buying process when we were constantly texting her questions about the next steps. We’ve now moved into a beautiful home in a lovely neighbourhood and although we are happy to finally be settled, we are both sad that we’ll no longer get to see Benny regularly. Choosing Benny to be our realtor was honestly one of the best decisions we’ve made and we couldn’t have been happier with her ☺️
